Wherever possible we will try to accommodate requests for early arrival or late departure, however, we can only confirm if this is possible 24 hours in advance. If the property is already booked for other guests, we must ensure we have enough time to prepare, clean and have the property ready for the next booking.

Of course, we offer a free service where you can store your luggage safely and comfortably before check-in or after check-out. Please keep in touch with us to organize this service.

Depending on the location of your stay, we can suggest some private parking lots where you can park your vehicle 24 hours a day. Oaxaca is a small city that we suggest you explore on foot. Once you have made your reservation, please write to us on Whatsapp to suggest the best options for parking your vehicle.

Your reservation already includes cleaning the place, changing sheets and towels once a week for long stays, however you can contact us to additionally request general cleaning more frequently. Whenever necessary, you can ask us to clean the place, change sheets and towels at an additional cost.

For short stays we always carry out general cleaning just after check out time.

For security reasons, we will send you the full address and access instructions 24 hours before your check-in date.
