There are various temporary accommodation rental platforms to advertise your property. Our rate includes:
- User profile creation
- Writing in Spanish the texts to present your advertisement
- Check list of amenities that must be placed
- Recommendations to obtain maximum occupancy
- Advice during the process
- Photoshoot
- Registration of the advertisement
- Training on how to use the platform
What do you mean by managing all the administration?
Through a monthly rental we take care of the following:
- Respond to all messages received on different platforms
- Once the reservation is confirmed, we have full communication with the guests
- We schedule the cleaning of the house after the guest’s departure
- We guarantee that there are always clean linens, towels and supplies (toilet paper, oil, salt, pepper)
- If there are defects in the house, we schedule the repair no later than one business day after the damage occurs and we make sure it is resolved
- We adjust house rates seasonally
- We write check-in/check-out manuals with regulations to make the arrival, stay and departure of guests as pleasant as possible
- We make general reports
