FAQ

Not necessarily. The nature of Airbnb is that guests like to stay in other people’s homes and anticipate the properties to be full of personality.

If you have objects with great sentimental value or very expensive, we suggest you store them in another place so that they are not at risk.

We only accept guests who can identify themselves with ID, Driver’s License or Passport and do not accept reservations on behalf of anyone other than the person who booked through the online platforms. For greater security we always find out who is staying and the reason for their visit.

As part of our full management service, all guest questions and queries are made directly to us, so you won’t need to do anything. We are available 7 days a week to help them at all times.

We have a professional team that will do the general cleaning of your space constantly and will notify us of any damage that may exist so we can repair it immediately.

If you already have bedding and towels for personal use in your property, we suggest you store them in a diferent place so that they do not wear out with use. In the case of guests, we will provide the necessary linen and towels to use them constantly and not deteriorate with constant washing in each reservation. We will be in charge of taking and recovering everything that goes to the laundry.

Airbnb and other platforms allow hosts to specify a security deposit. If something goes wrong, we can claim the guest’s security deposit through Airbnb or other platforms. In addition to this and for more security, we recommend that you hire comprehensive coverage insurance for your property.

In addition to Airbnb, we use other secure platforms such as Vrbo, Expedia and we also accept reservations on our own website.

Very safe. All guest reservations we receive are accompanied by a guest ID (just like in a hotel) and a security deposit for possible damages. These reservations have the same level of security as reservations that come through Airbnb.
